After our potluck dinner, Steve will demonstrate the correct method to make Kombucha, steeping delicious Rishi Tea to make Kombucha. Sample previously fermented Kombucha as well. Steve will also speak about the Yogurt and Kefir making process and you’ll be able to sample his rich and creamy homemade probiotic Yogurt. Kombucha cultures (SCOBYS) as well as other essential items necessary to make Kombucha, Yogurt & Kefir will be available for sale. (cash, check & credit cards OK)
